Chanel Operations Manager

1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire the operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team.
5. Manage a budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
6. Ensure the boutique image and operational standards are upheld, delivering elevated client service to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of five years of experience in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated leadership in operational roles within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,000. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
