Chanel Operations Manager

- Lead and optimise day‑to‑day boutique operations to ensure seamless client service and adherence to Chanel brand standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and workforce planning to align labour with sales forecasts and peak client activity.
- Own inventory control processes including replenishment, stock accuracy, receiving, transfers and shrinkage prevention.
- Drive store KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value, stock turn) through analysis, action plans and coaching.
- Implement visual merchandising and product presentation directives in partnership with merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with regional support functions (merchandising, logistics, loss prevention, HR) to resolve operational issues.
- Oversee cash handling, POS integrity and compliance with internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
- Train, mentor and develop boutique staff on operational procedures, systems and client experience expectations.
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to coach and motivate a luxury retail team.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience translating sales and inventory data into operational initiatives.
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service standards and boutique presentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across store and corporate teams.
- High degree of organisational discipline and experience implementing SOPs and loss prevention measures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Typically 5+ years in retail operations with progressive responsibility; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrable success managing boutique teams and operational metrics is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
