Operations Manager

1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and coach operationally aligned staff to deliver flawless performance.
4. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools for the boutique team.
6. Manage a budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

2. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $100,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
