1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
4. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, providing guidance to the entire boutique team.
5. Manage budgets and forecast expenditures for the boutique, ensuring financial objectives are met.
6. Ensure the boutique's image and operational standards are upheld, delivering an elevated client service experience.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in operations management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $100,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
