1. Oversee all Support and Back Office activities including inventory, maintenance, after-sales, and security within the boutique.
2. Lead and manage the Back Office team to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
3. Collaborate with the Management team to synchronize retail strategies across the boutique.
4. Analyze sales and boutique performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
5. Optimize inventory management in collaboration with the Stock Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and security protocols.
7. Manage After Sales operations to enhance client satisfaction in line with Chanel standards.
8. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Chanel's vision internally and externally.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
