1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning/staffing, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff to deliver exceptional performance.
4. Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team.
6. Manage a budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
7. Lead various projects and initiatives within the boutique.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 5 years in a related operational role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $105,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
