1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning/staffing, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team.
5. Manage budgets and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
6. Ensure the boutique maintains its image and operational standards while delivering elevated client service to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in operations management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on operations management within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $120,000, with additional components including benefits and perks.
