1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operationally aligned staff to deliver exceptional performance.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, acting as a resource for the entire Boutique Team.
6. Lead a team through various projects and take initiative.
7. Manage a budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in operations management within a luxury retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
