Chanel Operations Manager

1. Provide day-to-day support to retail teams to ensure operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.
2. Participate in the definition, rollout, and adoption of projects led by the Europe Operations team, offering guidance and support during all project phases.
3. Ensure the adoption of retail digital tools and systems in boutiques, monitoring performance and sharing feedback for improvements.
4. Serve as the key contact for procedures and operational processes, collaborating with the Finance team to monitor compliance.
5. Support Chanel & Moi ambitions, supervise Care & Repair performance, and engage with the community of Care & Repair advisors and tailors.
6. Coordinate the opening, closing, renovation, and relocation of boutiques, leading stakeholder coordination and follow-up calls.
7. Actively participate in the European Operations Community, sharing best practices and contributing to regional project development.

1. Proven experience in retail operations management.
2. Strong track record of project coordination and team involvement.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
