- Coordinate administrative processes related to sales operations.
- Oversee customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Collaborate with field sales teams and key stakeholders across divisions and markets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses for the department.
- Support the continuous improvement of administrative procedures.
- Participate in product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial departments.
- Support event coordination by adapting transport plans accordingly.
- Validate and codify intercompany and supplier invoices.
- Act as a point of contact for retail stores and boutiques.
- Process and invoice purchase and sales orders.
- Track incoming goods and manage customs clearance and freight invoices.
- Plan and follow up on national and international logistics flows.
- Coordinate supply chain and logistics activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate transfers, quality, and aged stock flows.
- Ensure daily visibility and monitoring of key events across divisions.
- Master's degree from a management or engineering school or equivalent in Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Native French speaker.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is an asset.
- Client-oriented with strong team spirit.
- Well-organized and precise in task execution.
- Pragmatic, structured, methodical, and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to maintain an overview of processes.
- Proficient in standard IT tools and Excel data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in operations or supply chain management.
Master's degree from a management or engineering school or equivalent in Supply Chain.
