1. Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and motivating the Heart of House team to ensure high standards of boutique operations.
2. Maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries and supporting the sales floor as needed.
3. Manage inventory processes including RFID, cycle counts, and year-end inventory, ensuring inventory integrity and compliance with Chanel's procedures.
4. Lead and execute merchandise processing within 24 hours, and manage boutique supplies and document retention.
5. Ensure compliance with Chanel's Standard Operating Procedures and oversee Customer Owned Goods, Chanel et Moi Repairs/Alterations, and Consignment.
6. Reconcile and balance daily invoices and manage boutique invoices through the internal system.
7. Support the Operations Manager in achieving Heart of House objectives and participate in professional development activities.
8. Adhere to Chanel's dress code, grooming, and conduct guidelines.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock management.

1. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams.
5. Physical ability to lift approximately 15-20lbs.
6. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary of 65-70k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
