1. Assist the Operations Manager in clerical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
2. Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries via telephone and email.
3. Support the sales floor, including client welcoming, wrapping, and repair intake.
4. Manage inventory processes, including RFID, cycle counts, and year-end inventory.
5. Ensure compliance with Chanel's Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Reconcile and balance daily invoices and manage boutique supplies.
7. Facilitate inter-boutique transfers and manage boutique invoices.
8. Support the Heart of House team in achieving operational objectives.
9. Participate in professional development and change management initiatives.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
2. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
