Chanel Operations Assistant

- Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
- Conduct sales and results analysis for the boutique, ensuring daily performance tracking.
- Perform monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through rates and merchandising highlights.
- Analyze monthly and ad-hoc sales associate performance.
- Support the Operations Manager in managing general services of the boutique, including maintenance, security, and IT.
- Aid in order preparation, adhering to budget constraints for supplies, printing, and uniforms.
- Ensure client shipment follow-ups are conducted efficiently.
- Assist in preparing team briefings and informational meetings regarding boutique activities.
- Enrollment in a business school or university program.
- Initial experience in retail or finance/management sectors.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Previous experience in retail, stock management, or finance is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
