Chanel Operations Assistant

- Assist the Operations Manager in clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient boutique operations.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries via telephone and email.
- Support the sales floor, welcome clients, and manage repair intake and new collection presentations.
- Oversee inventory management, including RFID, cycle counts, and year-end inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel Standard Operating Procedures and maintain inventory integrity.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing merchandise within 24 hours.
- Reconcile and balance daily invoices and maintain document retention as per guidelines.
- Respond to inter-boutique transfer requests promptly and manage boutique invoices.
- Support the ordering and organization of staff uniforms and boutique supplies.
- Coach and support the Heart of House team to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in professional development activities and champion change management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in retail operations or stock management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams.
- Physical ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail operations and/or stock management is required.
