Chanel Operations Assistant Manager

- Support the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and developing action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
- Track daily performance metrics, including retail indicators such as traffic, average basket size, and monthly targets by product line.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, focusing on metrics like sell-through rates, month coverage, and identification of slow and best-sellers.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales.
- Assist managers in sales, visual merchandising, and alterations with high-value analytical insights for effective activity management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, enhancing the employee experience by onboarding new staff and supporting team briefings and meetings.
- Aid in managing general services to maintain the boutique's image.
- Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in analytical roles (management, finance, marketing) or boutique experience.
- Interest in fashion.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and versatility.
- Dynamic with a strong sense of service, rigor, and organization.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA is advantageous.
At least 6 months of experience in analytical roles or within a boutique setting.
Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program.
