1. Serve as the primary contact for retailers regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
2. Communicate product availability, order status, and pricing to retailers.
3. Input orders and coordinate with warehouses for order preparation, invoicing, and delivery.
4. Organize and oversee logistics for transportation and invoicing.
5. Act as the main contact for boutiques concerning finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
6. Provide order and delivery instructions based on client requirements.
7. Coordinate transfers between boutiques.
8. Support teams on operational and procedural matters, including stock, cash register, and uniforms.
9. Continuously update the stock process manual.
10. Manage stock exchange requests between France, Europe, and international locations.
11. Participate in the deployment of digital tools and assist teams in adopting new functionalities.
12. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and create comprehensive dashboards.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a focus on Retail or related fields.
2. Previous experience in Retail through internships or apprenticeships is preferred.

1. Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a retail environment, gained through internships or apprenticeships.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
