Chanel Operations & Finance Analyst

- Co-develop and manage budgets for all project segments.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and make necessary adjustments.
- Facilitate the coordination of financial decision-making processes.
- Oversee and track budget adherence and operational metrics.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence in all PMO activities.
- Generate, maintain, and improve financial reports reflecting project statuses and performances.
- Prepare detailed analyses and special reports as required.
- Monitor and analyze project financial quality and performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience in financial management and budgeting, particularly with budgets exceeding $10 million.
- Familiarity with digital and IT services financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Brand understanding and alignment with Chanel's mission, vision, and values.
- Strict adherence to industry regulations and conformity principles.
- Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and software.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis, ideally within digital and IT services.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
