Chanel Operational Marketing Project Assistant

- Coordinate and oversee 360-degree trade campaigns at airports.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams and local correspondents for Trade 360 Travel Retail animations, including product assortments, media, merchandising, digital, CRM, and training.
- Participate in event projects such as pop-ups and construct customer experience pathways.
- Draft animation briefs for the Artistic Direction.
- Manage decor production with suppliers and oversee the operational development of sales tools and customer assets.
- Prepare orders for sales support tools such as POS materials, samples, and testers.
- Adapt merchandising guidelines to animation podium configurations.
- Create internal and sales force presentation materials.
- Contribute to the implementation of permanent merchandising projects.
- Assist in the deployment of new shop openings and renovations.
- Monitor flagship stores, providing merchandising recommendations and product assortments, and update animation zones.
- Conduct animation and competitor analysis, including quantitative and qualitative studies.
- Develop a semi-annual numerical report for the region and track competitor animation best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university.
- Previous experience (internship/apprenticeship) as an operational marketing assistant, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Dynamic and meticulous with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in operational marketing, ideally within the cosmetics industry, is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
