Chanel Operational Marketing Project Assistant Intern

- Oversee 360-degree trade campaigns within airports.
- Coordinate and monitor 360 Trade Travel Retail animations, including product assortments, media, merchandising, digital, CRM, and training, in close collaboration with the commercial team and local correspondents.
- Participate in event projects such as pop-ups.
- Develop customer experience and journey.
- Draft animation briefs for the Artistic Direction.
- Manage the production of decor with suppliers and oversee the operational development of sales tools and client assets.
- Prepare orders for sales tools (POS materials, samples, testers, etc.).
- Adapt merchandising guidelines to the configurations of animation podiums.
- Create presentation materials for internal teams and sales force.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of permanent merchandising projects.
- Assist in the deployment of new shop openings/renovations.
- Monitor daily flagship activities, including merchandising recommendations, product assortments, and updating animation zones.
- Analyze animation outcomes and competitor activities.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative animation reports and a semi-annual numerical report for the region.
- Track and implement best practices from competitor animations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- First experience in operational marketing, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Dynamic and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with numerical analysis and presentations.
First experience in operational marketing, ideally through an internship or apprenticeship in the cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
