1. Support the Commercial Team with the day-to-day operations of National Accounts.
2. Act as the primary contact for communication and queries from various departments, field teams, and retailers.
3. Manage the product catalogue, including product launches and discontinuations.
4. Conduct quarterly or bi-annual retailer catalogue reviews for discontinued stock and recalls.
5. Obtain and disseminate new product information from the Fragrance & Beauty Catalogue and Marketing.
6. Ensure timely receipt of orders and correct product launches in-store and online.
7. Analyze sell-in versus sell-through data for new launches to optimize performance.
8. Maintain distribution lists and account forms.
9. Prepare and analyze sales data for weekly and quarterly reports.
10. Monitor retailer promotions and discounting activities.
11. Conduct campaign analysis for e-retail channels.
12. Coordinate e-retail in order sampling and in-store initiatives.
13. Monitor online grey market activities and perform e-retail stock checks.
14. Provide ad-hoc administrative support across the Commercial Sales Team.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
2. Clear and concise communication abilities.
3. Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
