- Conduct risk analysis on new metallic components for high-quality finished products and propose counter-analyses.
- Evaluate vulnerabilities of metallic components from development to production, considering quality and durability requirements.
- Determine and conduct relevant tests for each component, analyze results, and formalize findings.
- Monitor production sites of suppliers during the industrialization phase.
- Ensure the reliability of design and conception of all recurring metallic components.
- Collaborate with suppliers' technical teams to study test results and propose risk elimination plans.
- Stay informed on technical and regulatory advancements in the field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a quality engineer, metallurgy and materials engineer, or production engineer in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Italian and French.
- Ability to write clear and detailed analysis reports.
- Knowledge of quality standards and technical specifications related to metallurgy.
- Familiarity with physical and chemical testing for metallic components.
- Mastery of key metallurgical production processes.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and 3D design plans.
- Knowledge of finish aspect control using a master.
- Proficiency in PLM/ERP/LIMS tools and 3D software such as Solidworks.
- Strong organizational, anticipatory, and relational skills, with attention to detail.
3-5 years in a relevant engineering role within the luxury industry.
