Chanel Merchandising Project Manager - Beauty

- Develop and implement the wholesale merchandising strategy for skincare and makeup sectors.
- Present the beauty merchandising strategy to the Executive Committee.
- Manage campaign updates, including forecasting and ordering point-of-sale materials across the network.
- Create makeup and skincare planograms.
- Design merchandising tools to support campaign deployment for field teams, retailers, and external merchandisers.
- Oversee local production of campaign point-of-sale materials with external vendors.
- Coordinate custom visual updates in stores and maintain the associated database.
- Support field teams in implementing new campaign point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and propose corrective solutions.
- Manage major supplier accounts, including briefing and supervising nationwide merchandising tours.
- Coordinate with regional point-of-sale material installers and decorators.
- Oversee supplier stock management.
- Develop and maintain the database for retail collection points.
- Monitor post-collection recycling processes.
- Prepare the annual budget model for promotional lines and track budget consumption.
- Conduct various budget exercises, including revisions and forecasts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in operational marketing and merchandising within the beauty industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IWD merchandising tools is advantageous.
A minimum of one year of experience in operational marketing and merchandising in the beauty sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
