Chanel Merchandising Project Assistant Internship

- Assist in the deployment of 360° merchandising campaigns for Makeup (MUP) from strategy to in-store activation.
- Develop key assets to enhance customer experience and brand desirability across global distribution channels.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing 360° campaign management and merchandising asset development.
- Participate in the production of necessary documents for campaign development and operational deployment.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and CSR considerations.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, and Business Development.
- Establish planograms and elements for local adaptations.
- Coordinate and manage go-to-market strategies in partnership with the project manager.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Design and communicate merchandising information internally.
- Plan and coordinate project steering committees, including organizing and sending meeting minutes.
- Prepare presentations for strategic meetings and conduct qualitative and quantitative market studies.
- Act as the primary contact for markets, assisting with in-store merchandising deployment.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience (6 months) in project management or merchandising.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in merchandising vocabulary and software (IWD, Illustrator, SAP) is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in project management or merchandising is required.
Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent.
