1. Contribute to the development of permanent merchandising briefs for skincare and fragrance projects, ensuring adherence to predetermined timelines and budgets.
2. Update tracking tools for various permanent projects, including dashboards, retro-planning, and books.
3. Maintain and update planogram books related to different furniture concepts.
4. Design and ensure effective communication of merchandising information to internal partners.
5. Produce necessary documentation for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, and marketing cards.
6. Organize and prepare for monthly Permanent Steering Committees, actively participating in these meetings.
7. Conduct dynamic competitive analysis and market needs assessments to inform strategic thinking and briefs.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
2. Demonstrated passion for Client Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
