1. Participate in the creation of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials in line with new makeup product launches.
2. Ensure timely and budget-compliant development of merchandising materials.
3. Update planogram books associated with various fixtures.
4. Design and communicate merchandising information supports to internal partners.
5. Produce necessary documents for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, marketing cards, and concept books.
6. Organize and prepare monthly calls with regional teams to share merchandising updates.
7. Conduct competitive merchandising analysis and market needs studies to inform strategy and briefs.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

1. Passion for Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
2. Known for curiosity and organizational skills.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in merchandising and retail is essential.

Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
