- Oversee the product life cycle planning and execution within the SEAA region.
- Synthesize business cases related to product merchandising and life cycle matters.
- Provide analytics to evaluate sales trends, inventory planning, and category performance.
- Lead the Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning process and collaborate with regional and global counterparts.
- Offer merchandising planning insights during buying sessions.
- Identify and analyze business needs, propose solutions aligned with regional strategy.
- Ensure quality and management of Fashion Merchandising & Retail data.
- Act as business owner of fashion analytics platforms and digital merchandising tools.
- Master regional merchandising cycle processes, including pricing and launch planning.
- Develop end-of-cycle management strategies, including market Staff Sales.
- Support markets in effectively using the Fashion Replenishment System and merchandising tools.
- Manage inventory planning and optimization to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Facilitate effective and sustainable inventory movement processing and measurement.
- Relevant academic background in fashion, merchandising, or business disciplines.
- Over 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in OTB planning and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage business cases, assess risks, and propose solutions independently.
- Strong grasp of fashion strategy and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, TM1, and Anaplan.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong influencing skills with a bias for action.
- Detail-oriented with precision in handling operational intricacies.
Over 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership in product strategy and execution.
Relevant academic background in fashion, merchandising, or business disciplines.
