- Lead the fashion buying cycle for designated product categories, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Manage stock levels and logistics coordination for boutique operations, optimizing inventory management through strategic transfers and reorders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, market trends, and product performance to inform buying decisions and forecast accuracy.
- Ensure product availability by monitoring delivery status and managing inventory flow, focusing on best sellers and timely replenishments.
- Develop and execute product strategies tailored to market demands, enhancing client engagement and commercial impact.
- Coordinate category allocations and transfers to maximize relevance and sales potential across boutiques.
- Participate in buying sessions, administer purchase orders, and support pre- and post-buy reviews with boutique teams.
- Oversee pricing and data integrity, ensuring accurate tagging and system management.
- Collaborate with boutique teams and After Sales Service coordinators to address product quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising teams to align on seasonal launches and commercial actions, providing insights on product performance.
- Prepare markdown and write-off lists, ensuring efficient end-of-life processing in line with regional recommendations.
- Dedicate time to boutique visits to explore opportunities, review assortments, and address merchandising challenges.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in merchandising management within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Effective communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and empowering teams.
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in merchandising management, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Footwear categories.
University degree in a relevant field.
