1. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns in stores across the Benelux region, including updating visuals and signage in line with brand guidelines.
2. Assist in preparing planograms and managing orders for merchandising placement, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand image.
3. Coordinate visual merchandising activities for product launches to ensure effective presentation and promotion of new products.
4. Analyze point-of-sale configurations and collaborate on adapting strategies for optimal product visibility.
5. Support the management of new point-of-sale openings, including briefing, validation, ordering, and installation coordination.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for point-of-sale issues, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them.
7. Maintain follow-up with sales teams to provide necessary tools and support for enhancing visibility and maximizing sales opportunities.
8. Assist in managing Corporate Social Responsibility projects in alignment with Chanel's values and objectives.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, retail management, merchandising, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills
2. Excellent communication abilities
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in the retail or beauty industry is advantageous.
