Chanel Merchandise Planning Specialist

- Support and manage key aspects of the Fragrance catalog SKU forecast, ensuring forecast accuracy for base business, promotional plans, seasonality, and non-retail needs.
- Prepare for monthly forecast validation meetings with marketing, sales, and finance, providing analytical support for decision-making regarding retail performance and gross shipments.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align forecasts with company plans and promotional activities, ensuring exemplary customer service to retailers.
- Contribute to the annual budget process by assisting in the development of company targets and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Share accountability for achieving service level, inventory targets, and managing excess and obsolete inventory in partnership with supply planners.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Planning, or a related discipline preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data visualization skills, including storytelling through tables and charts.
- Open-mindedness to learn new systems and processes while challenging the status quo.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Planning, or a related discipline preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $85,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
