1. Oversee and ensure flawless daily operations of the Membership and La Collection programs, including technical support and issue resolution.
2. Manage gift inventory and stock flow, ensuring accurate tracking, timely delivery to boutiques, and budget management.
3. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for boutique teams on program features and operational procedures.
4. Contribute to program development by supporting content updates and creating digital assets.
5. Maintain and cleanse client data, addressing technical issues with support and communicating with the TDS team.
6. Act as the primary contact for inquiries from CCC and boutiques, ensuring timely and accurate responses and establishing SOPs for client inquiries.
7. Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of client services and events linked to Membership and La Collection initiatives.

1. University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles.

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal counterparts.
2. Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
4. Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
5. Problem-solving and data analytics skills.
6. Proficiency in English and Korean, both written and spoken.

Preferred experience in beauty/fashion marketing or CRM, with a preference for luxury industry experience.

University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
