Media Assistant

Chanel is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its timeless elegance and innovative designs. The company operates across various divisions including Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fashion, with a strong presence in the Middle East and India.

1. Assist in day-to-day coordination with media agency on digital campaign plans and implementation.
2. Coordinate with media agency and European teams on campaign asset requests.
3. Analyze and create internal budget and campaign reports.
4. Work closely with each division and PR team on launches and campaigns.
5. Coordinate translations of social campaigns.
6. Collaborate with digital team on cross-functional projects.
7. Coordinate with e-retailers on social campaigns and reports.
8. Validate social media campaigns and manage landing pages on CHANEL.com.
9. Assist in verifying that the global media plan aligns with budgets.
10. Assist in tracking invoices versus budgets and in budget reporting and closings.

1. English & Arabic speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
2. First experience in media, preferably within a media agency.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
6. Good digital landscape and social media knowledge.

First experience in media, preferably within a media agency.
