1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of digital media campaigns across Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fashion divisions for the Middle East & India.
2. Collaborate with media agencies and European teams to ensure timely campaign launches and asset requests.
3. Analyze and compile internal budget and campaign reports.
4. Work closely with division and PR teams on product launches and media campaigns.
5. Coordinate translations and cross-functional digital projects.
6. Manage social media campaigns and liaise with e-retailers for campaign reporting.
7. Validate social media campaigns and manage landing pages on CHANEL.com.
8. Assist in managing and verifying global media plans against budgets.
9. Track invoices and assist in budget reporting and financial closings.

1. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
2. Experience in media, preferably within a media agency.

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proactive and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Solid understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms.

Previous experience in media, ideally within a media agency, is required.
