Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination with media agency on digital campaign plans and implementation.
- Coordinate with media agency and European teams on campaign asset requests.
- Analyze and create internal budget and campaign reports.
- Work closely with each division and PR team on launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate translations of social campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital team on cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with e-retailers on social campaigns and reports.
- Validate social media campaigns and manage landing pages on CHANEL.com.
- Assist in verifying that the global media plan aligns with budgets.
- Assist in tracking invoices versus budgets and in budget reporting and closings.
Qualifications
- English & Arabic speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
- First experience in media, preferably within a media agency.
Skills
- Great organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good digital landscape and social media knowledge.
Experience Requirements
First experience in media, preferably within a media agency.
