1. Manage material and haberdashery orders with suppliers in support of buyers.
2. Ensure the ordering and receipt of dyes.
3. Update receptions and prices in the system.
4. Coordinate timelines, partner follow-ups, and administrative tracking.
5. Conduct analyses by collection.
6. Collaborate closely with various internal departments.
7. Participate in the return of collection haberdashery.

1. Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Italian as a plus.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with PLM and ORLI software.

Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
