- Provide logistical support and administrative follow-up for the Materials and Fabrics department within the Collections Studio.
- Manage departmental documents, archiving, and database updates.
- Assist in the procurement and organization of supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate team meetings, including note-taking and action item follow-up.
- Organize professional lunches and dinners, both internal and external.
- Manage departmental schedules and availability of creative teams.
- Facilitate onboarding for new department members.
- Oversee and manage expense reports.
- Maintain daily oversight of team schedules, including individual and collective planning, availability, and absences.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues within the team.
- Receive, organize, and store textile samples.
- Track and manage fabric orders and associated supplies.
- Interface with textile suppliers to monitor delivery status.
- Pursuing or holding a Bac +2 to Bac +3 in executive assistance, administrative management, project management, or equivalent.
- Background in fashion, design, or creative fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capacity to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace and Excel.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with fashion or creative environments is beneficial.
Bac +2 to Bac +3 in relevant fields.
