Chanel Marketing Product Assistant

- Serve as a liaison between European markets, divisions, and departments to convey key information to the Makeup community.
- Assist in the preparation of regional 360° campaign orchestrations for P1 campaigns.
- Consolidate market feedback for campaign reports at the regional level, including quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to inform strategic reflections through regular field tours in Paris.
- Prepare monthly or ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses focusing on Makeup lines, franchises, and products versus market and key competitors.
- Support during European forecasting waves, including cluster classification and benchmarking, and create estimation guides for campaigns.
- Act as the key point of contact for Customer Care regarding client inquiries.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the team related to assigned responsibilities.
- Degree from a business school with a focus on marketing, particularly product marketing.
- Previous experience as a Product Assistant.
- Strong interest in Makeup/Beauty industry and digital trends.
- Proactive, dynamic, and action-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager in the beauty or related industry.
Degree in Business or Marketing.
