Chanel Marketing Operations Assistant Intern

- Assist the Marketing Operations Product Manager in the daily management of both women's and men's fragrance lines.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of customer experience and sales force engagement for new fragrance launches.
- Draft sales support materials for the sales team.
- Oversee the operational management of campaigns, including sales forecasts and point-of-sale material allocations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of new fragrance launches, synthesizing feedback and analyzing campaign performance.
- Perform weekly and monthly sell-out data analyses, comparing Chanel's performance with competitors and preparing summary reports.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses using NPD panel data on the fragrance segment.
- Manage the allocation of promotional materials across distribution channels and perform competitive analysis.
- Participate in the development of marketing events, such as seminars and presentations for the sales force and distributors.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or Business from a recognized university or business school.
- Previous experience in operational marketing is preferred.
- Dynamic and curious with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated rigor and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and synthesis.
- Creative with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in operational marketing is preferred.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or Business.
Interns will receive an integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel.
