- Update and execute the F&B product launch calendar, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of campaign materials.
- Support pricing strategies for new product launches.
- Analyze product performance to identify control points and improvement opportunities.
- Align strategies with sales channels and related departments.
- Identify opportunities for enhanced product exposure in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
- Conduct competition and market analysis.
- Participate in marketing-related projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Monitor and control budget allocations.
- Execute the event calendar according to departmental priorities.
- Manage small-scale events in boutiques and plan off-site activations.
- Develop partnerships with agencies for external events.
- Negotiate and contract suppliers for events.
- Monitor and control event budgets.
- Degree in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
- Previous experience as an intern or analyst in beauty companies.
- Experience in product analysis is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
