1. Contribute to the implementation of new customer service initiatives and monitor existing local projects to enhance the customer journey, including in-store reception, after-sales service, alterations on Ready-to-Wear, and gifting.
2. Act as a liaison between the service provider handling prospect/client calls and the relevant boutiques, assist in resolving specific requests, and prepare monthly reports on key activity indicators.
3. Manage mystery shopping visits to assess and optimize customer service quality, serving as the main contact for the external agency and markets.
4. Prepare presentations for senior management and the Marketing community.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University program.
2. Previous successful experience in Operational Marketing and/or Retail.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English.

A proven track record in Operational Marketing and/or Retail is required.

Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University.
