1. Support the Events & Experiences Regional Team in orchestrating extraordinary experiences for clients in the Swiss Markets Region, including Switzerland, Latin America, and India.
2. Facilitate communication between the Global team and Local markets team.
3. Conduct targeting and analysis to assess the impact of events and experiences before and after execution.
4. Assist in organizing event logistics, including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee lists, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials.
5. Support markets with communication assets and document post-event feedback for improvement.
6. Consolidate competitive monitoring reports and share insights.
7. Coordinate logistics for each Experience with meticulous attention to detail, including invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management.
8. Compile post-experience feedback to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector or events is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and French is required.
