1. Manage CRM initiatives for local and export markets, including the +1 programme at Point of Sales (POS).
2. Lead CRM analytics to derive actionable client insights and address business gaps.
3. Drive gifting strategies for various occasions such as year-end, welcome, and birthdays.
4. Implement new CRM initiatives and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
5. Develop and review POS service strategies and manage related tools, collaterals, and digital content updates.
6. Track performance and ensure timely implementation across local and export markets.
7. Lead and coordinate retail marketing events, collaborating with the Assistant Manager for local event planning and execution.

1. Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or the beauty category.
2. Proven track record in marketing and/or retail/trade marketing functions.

1. Strong understanding of retail marketing and CRM strategies.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to navigate complex environments and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
5. Proactive and independent work ethic.

A minimum of 3 to 4 years in a similar role with a strong understanding of retail marketing, preferably within the luxury retail or beauty sector.
