Chanel Marketing Coordinator

- Assist the marketing team, with a focus on Fragrance categories, in operational tasks for local product managers and new launches.
- Coordinate offline and online campaign needs, including scheduling and delivery of campaign items.
- Support the execution of skincare and fragrance campaigns from planning to launch and follow-up.
- Communicate with the Distribution Center to manage delivery schedules and consolidate shipping requests.
- Prepare and distribute local campaign materials such as brochures and leaflets.
- Organize and deliver non-sales items and pre-series products to relevant teams.
- Extract and organize sales data for the marketing team and assist in data analysis and report preparation.
- Monitor competitive trends and consolidate Market Flash reports monthly.
- Support expense management and budget consolidation on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, including promoter training and product allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery and consumption of event materials and consolidate event results.
- Experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in a marketing role, particularly within the luxury fashion or beauty sector, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
