Chanel Marketing Assistant, Watches & Precious Jewellery

- Support the Marketing Product Manager in developing and executing comprehensive 360° product launch plans across the UK region.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting, including business intelligence extracts and launch performance metrics.
- Adapt global launch materials for local use, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- Maintain and update the Watches & Fine Jewellery Marketing Calendar, ensuring alignment with business timelines.
- Propose and coordinate activations to drive sales and support key product launches.
- Collaborate with Media and Press teams to ensure cohesive product-related communications.
- Organize and execute product launch events, including venue research and logistics.
- Conduct competitor research to inform local activation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement training plans for retail teams.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including e-Retail platform management and digital branding.
- Assist with budget management and liaise with Finance for supplier account setup.
- Ensure accuracy in translation across marketing touchpoints to uphold brand image.
- Organize monthly team meetings and support follow-up actions.
- Proven ability to adapt and remain solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data analysis and digital marketing.
- Strong proactive approach to routine tasks and event coordination.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
