Chanel Marketing Assistant - Watch and Jewelry

- Coordinate communication campaigns (mailings and EDM) with CRM Europe, IT Data Europe, and routing teams.
- Ensure the integrity of client assets, targeting, and client listings by boutique.
- Consolidate client actions in synergy with Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
- Deliver assets across four distribution networks: Watch-Jewelry, Fashion, Fragrance-Beauty, and Wholesale.
- Analyze EDM/Mailing KPIs to provide targeting recommendations.
- Regularly audit in-store stock of gifts and brochures.
- Assist in budget tracking (vendor follow-ups, campaign closures).
- Manage digital communication with 36 wholesale retailers: campaign transmission, asset delivery, social media and web publication tracking, and execution of sponsored campaigns and emailings.
- Assist in article writing and advertisement ordering for retailer magazines.
- Analyze and consolidate post-operation KPIs to recommend social media and editorial strategies.
- Deploy and audit the application of graphic charters on retailer websites.
- Currently enrolled in a business school with a focus on Operational Marketing or Development.
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity and dynamism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Previous experience in Operational Marketing or Development is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
The position offers an integration program, including training on the history and products of the House of Chanel. It provides opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and develop communication skills while interacting with various European services.
