Chanel Marketing Assistant

- Assist in the operational management of makeup campaigns, including the allocation of promotional materials and merchandising elements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of new products to partner retailers.
- Develop comprehensive 360° experience books for new product campaigns.
- Organize seminars for sales teams, including presentations and order guides.
- Support the management of the makeup range in France, including product launches and discontinuations.
- Conduct performance analyses of sell-out data and coordinate weekly and monthly reporting.
- Monitor makeup forecasts, including sell-in articles and point-of-sale materials.
- Compile qualitative and quantitative reviews of makeup campaigns and coordinate involved departments.
- Conduct competitive analysis, tracking new products and competitor actions.
- Facilitate the community of Makeup Artists in France and assist in implementing service offerings.
- Higher education degree in business school or university with a specialization in marketing.
- Significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector.
- Curiosity, creativity, and dynamism with a strong sensitivity to cosmetic products and customer experience.
- Analytical skills, rigor, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
A significant initial experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or retail sector is required.
Higher education degree in business school or university with a specialization in marketing.
