1. Assist in orchestrating the 3-axis marketing plan for Travel Retail and local markets.
2. Participate in managing the assortment of Perfume, Makeup, and Skincare, including launches, discontinuations, and specific assortments.
3. Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out results, providing recommendations.
4. Contribute to the 360-degree support plan for launches across distribution channels.
5. Develop forecasting tools such as guides and order forms.
6. Conduct studies on product offerings and customer typology in Travel Retail.
7. Collaborate with identified teams.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree, BAC+4 or BAC+5, with a focus on Marketing.
2. Demonstrated curiosity and sensitivity towards the Perfume and Beauty sector.
3. A first experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a Business Analyst role is a plus.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in Marketing or a related field.
