Chanel Marketing and Clienteling Manager

- Develop and execute client engagement strategies within the boutique.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all client and marketing topics with the local fashion marketing department.
- Collaborate with various departments including sales, operations, after-sales, and external agencies.
- Manage the Hospitality team and oversee all hospitality services.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new services and digital tools.
- Track client satisfaction metrics and report insights to management.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the client database.
- Design and implement the gifting strategy in line with local guidelines.
- Orchestrate in-boutique client events and manage event logistics.
- Monitor and support Fashion Advisors in achieving clienteling objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within a retail environment.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and client-centric mindset.
- Ability to onboard teams and drive collective energy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
A minimum of 5 years in a marketing role within a retail environment, demonstrating a strong track record in client engagement and strategy execution.
