- Collect and validate sell-out and inventory data from multiple sources with precision.
- Prepare and format data for system upload, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate with IT to manage daily data uploads and address technical issues.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports to support commercial and marketing strategies.
- Analyze product performance, campaign impact, inventory levels, and POS trends.
- Translate data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and share insights.
- Act as a key resource for understanding market dynamics and data interpretation.
- Review and optimize workflows related to data and reporting processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Support system enhancements to strengthen data integrity and operational agility.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or market intelligence roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting tools.
- Experience in managing and interpreting sell-out, inventory, or retail data.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team effectiveness.
- Initiative to identify process gaps and propose efficiency solutions.
- Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on quality and results.
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or related field.
