1. Lead the preparation of financial statements and oversee auditing and investigations for the Korean market, reporting directly to the Market CFO.
2. Generate monthly financial closing reports, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures in collaboration with Financial Business Services.
3. Monitor and enhance analytical tools and reports to support the company's financial management.
4. Serve as the primary contact for tax authorities, managing audits and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
5. Oversee customs audits, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
6. Act as the liaison with government agencies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and incentives.
7. Lead the implementation of a new ERP system, managing diverse stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
8. Develop and mentor the market finance and FBS team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with internal control and risk management teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
10. Manage relationships with service providers to ensure cost-effective service delivery.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Qualified accountant with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience.
3. Solid experience in IFRS and K-GAAP.
4. Experience in tax accounting, particularly with NTS and customs.
5. CPA / CMA or equivalent certification preferred.

2. Expertise in local tax regulation, government audits, and customs compliance.
3. Ability to drive change and evaluate the status quo.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for professional engagement with stakeholders.
5. Collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
6. Experience with Hyperion, TM1, and ERP systems (AX) preferred.
7. Fluency in Korean and English.

15+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within multinational organizations and the retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
