2. Manage delivery errors and coordinate resolution actions with the distribution center.
3. Prepare and participate in monthly delivery meetings with market teams.
4. Oversee international transfers and monitor market events.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School, final year or during a gap year.
2. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Anaplan is advantageous.
4. Dynamic and service-oriented mindset.
