1. Lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Las Vegas Fashion boutiques.
2. Identify and implement specific people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
3. Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to develop leadership skills and drive performance.
4. Create an inclusive culture that fosters personal growth and collective progress.
5. Conduct career discussions and support talent development and succession planning.
6. Guide the annual compensation and performance review process.
7. Proactively manage performance gaps and provide guidance on performance management.
8. Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions under management level.
9. Manage and resolve employee relations issues with thorough investigations.
10. Ensure compliance with employment best practices and legal requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
2. 5+ years of core HR experience, preferably within a Retail/Wholesale environment.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
3. Proficiency with HRIS systems, such as Workday, and basic Excel analysis.
4. Strong detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.

A minimum of 5 years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience is required, with a preference for experience in a Retail/Wholesale environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $115,000, with potential for bonus and other variable pay components.
