- Lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Las Vegas Fashion boutiques.
- Identify and implement specific people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to develop leadership skills and drive performance.
- Create an inclusive culture that fosters personal growth and collective progress.
- Conduct career discussions and support talent development and succession planning.
- Guide the annual compensation and performance review process.
- Proactively manage performance gaps and provide guidance on performance management.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions under management level.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues with thorough investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment best practices and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 5+ years of core HR experience, preferably within a Retail/Wholesale environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, such as Workday, and basic Excel analysis.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
A minimum of 5 years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience is required, with a preference for experience in a Retail/Wholesale environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $115,000, with potential for bonus and other variable pay components.
