Chanel Manager of Fragrance & Beauty Services and Supply Chain

- Strategic and operational leadership of Services and Supply Chain for the German Fragrance & Beauty market.
- Team management and realignment.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through process optimization and digitalization across all workflows.
- Initiating and leading projects focused on data automation, including the implementation of AI-driven tools.
- Introducing and monitoring KPIs to ensure efficiency improvements in service quality and delivery performance.
- Establishing a seamless information flow within the team by standardizing touchpoints with other departments such as Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Finance.
- Managing and optimizing communication with all external interfaces, including trading partners, freight forwarders, and warehouse service providers.
- Close collaboration with the headquarters in Paris.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal company guidelines.
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education or professional experience.
- Several years of leadership experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain, ideally in an international environment.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Proficient in handling complex data structures and digital tools (Excel, Power Query, BI, Power Automate, ERP systems).
- Experience in process optimization and change management, especially in the introduction of new digital solutions.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
Several years of leadership experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain, ideally in an international environment.
Completed studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education or professional experience.
