Chanel Manager, Integrated Marketing & Innovation

- Define and execute integrated, omnichannel marketing programmes that align product, digital, retail and experiential touchpoints.
- Lead innovation initiatives and pilot programs to test new formats, channels, and consumer experiences; develop roadmaps for scaled rollouts.
- Translate consumer insight and trend analysis into strategic briefs, creative direction and measurable campaign objectives.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with product, retail, digital, CRM, PR and external agencies to ensure coherent execution and timing.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks; analyse campaign performance and present ROI-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Own project plans, vendor selection and budget tracking for assigned initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline and quality.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and evaluate new technologies or platforms that enhance brand desirability and commercial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of luxury and premium consumer behaviour, with an ability to translate insight into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple, simultaneous projects with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs, interpreting data and optimising campaigns based on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior leadership and external partners.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, innovation or product marketing roles, preferably within luxury, premium consumer goods, beauty or fashion. Demonstrated experience launching pilots, managing omnichannel campaigns and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
